Negative thoughts

Every day those negative thoughts come and find me.

I listen.

I can’t change.

I accept.

But,

I can wait for something change.

Let out a sigh,

breath in,

let out a sigh,

breath in,

I look around,

and SAY three good things.

”One, today I phoned and spoke with my mum.

Two, I found the difference between the native bluebell and the Spanish bluebell.

Three, I caught a mole today”

Well, the saying was good for me. How do you do your mindset?

Wishing you a happy moment and having fun Spring!

ネガティブに考えてしまう

ネガティブな考えに毎日落ち込みます。

でも

聞きます。

変えることはできず

けれど

何かが変わるのではないかと

周りを見て、今日行った3つのよいことを声に出して言います。

「1、今日、母に電話をして話した。

2、「イギリスブルーベルとスペインブルーベルの違いがわかった」

3、今日モグラを捕まえた」

あなたのマインドセットはどうしてますか?

あなたへ温かい春とおもろいことが訪れますように!
